As the Smart Places and Digital Infrastructure Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of shapinginnovativeand digitally connected spaces that enhance the overallquality of lifefor communities.
Your role will encompass three main pillars:
Business Development,Team Development, and Project Ownership. You will have the opportunity to grow adynamicteam, foster creativity, and drive transformative projects that combine technology,sustainability, andcommunity engagement.
We are a multi-disciplinary team and work on a wide variety of projects from individual smart buildings to neighbourhood-scale developments and city-wide strategies in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. We collaborate with colleagues in many disciplines, from urban design to economics and from social value to infrastructures such as energy and transport. We work in many sectors from local and national government to retail and from aviation to leisure and entertainment.

Key Requirements
Develop and execute business plans for smart and digitally connected place making projects
Develop a team of place making experts in the development and delivery of projects
Manage project budgets and timelines
Capable of working on several projects at the same time and able to prioritise their activities
