Marketing Communications Manager – Brooks England brand:
For our Brooks England brand team in Italy, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager, responsible for the marketing strategy and the marketing plans definition, set-up and execution, in order to guarantee compelling brand positioning, strong brand equity and business results worldwide. Brooks England is an iconic British brand that has been producing saddles, bags and other bike accessories since 1866, standing out for its finest know-how and timeless design.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the Brand Identity and Image (brand guidelines, art direction coordination, new communications projects, retail tools, publications & marketing collaterals…);
Market research, Consumer Target and trends analysis;
Defining Global Communications medium-long term strategy and yearly plans, supervising all key activities development, through all touchpoints, with key pillars on digital and trade marketing;
Managing Global Marketing Communications Budget;
Go-to-Market projects together with Product/Business Managers;
Overall Content Strategy supervision for online and offline channels (strategic copywriting, storytelling, visual campaigns, videos…);
PR Strategy and activations;
Special Strategic Communications Projects, focusing on co-marketing & co-branding, partnerships;
Global Marketing & Communications Team coaching and leading.
YOUR SKILLS:
Excellent English (a second language speaking is a plus);
Proven Marketing & Communications expertise;
Content management for premium brands;
Ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams;
Effective communication and public speaking;
Passion for cycling and/or outdoor sports.
YOUR BACKGROUD:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in managerial ‘marketing and communications’ roles in international companies with B2C brands, preferably in outdoor/sport fields.
