The role
Condé Nast Italy is looking for a middle senior experienced and open-minded profile to support the Commercial Creative Team as Creative Strategist. Working from the HQ in Milan, the role will be focused on creating communication strategy merging Condé Nast clients needs to the editorial cultural approach. The ideal candidate has an expertise in understanding the dynamics of different industries and the media world, serving as a bridge between editorial teams and clients of various industries for creative marketing campaigns.
Please note that this role will collaborate with Condé Nast Italy as a freelancer using an Italian VAT Number (P. IVA)
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop analyses of competitive scenarios, market data, socio-cultural evolution by preparing reports and trend projections
Supporting senior figures in the development of creative, communication and brand strategies
Inspire our clients by creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising
Develop strategic ideas that transform our clients’ business through creativity and the lens of Condé Nast brands
Roll up your sleeves to lead project insights, strategic concepts inspiring creative execution, in respect of the tone of voice and cultural calendar of the Condé Nast brands involved
Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help clients connect with people in meaningful ways
Develop holistic Condé Nast solutions that drive the key business goals of our clients
Partner with Creative Marketing and Sales teams to make your and their ideas shine on the Condé Nast platforms
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Primary Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Creative Strategy gained in an advertising agency or strategic consultancy company context
Fluency in both English and Italian is required
Understanding of brand marketing and media communication
Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven creativity applied in on and offline mediums
Experience in shaping trend, market and competitive analyses, and proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions
Strong passion for understanding people and deep desire to uncover new consumer behaviour across various industries and platforms
Storytelling, and visual communications skills
Analytical and creative thinking, synthesis skills
Strong aesthetic sense
Ability to work in a team
Excellent communicator and confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills
Creative mindset and a meticulous attention to detail
