THE ROLE
The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Website Specialist will lead and execute strategies to enhance website performance and user experience, driving increased conversion rates for Sector Alarm’s digital platforms.
This role demands a balance between strategic oversight of the CRO and growth strategies and hands-on execution to drive daily advancements; it is pivotal in optimizing our online presence, ensuring that our security solutions effectively reach and engage our target audience, and contribute to our mission of providing peace of mind through state-of-the-art security systems.
Reports to Marketing Director and indirectly (dotted) to Group Website & UX Director.

Tasks & responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive CRO strategies to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
Lead and manage web analytics, utilizing platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
Conduct ongoing SEO audits and optimization activities to enhance visibility and rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).
Design and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methodologies to identify and implement conversion rate optimization opportunities.
Adapt and customize the website content in line with the campaign strategy, the SEO strategy and new features communicated by Sector Alarm Group.
Create, update, and manage landing pages for products and services, partners, promotions and more.
Oversee the creation of compelling website copy and content that effectively communicates our value propositions and drives user action.
Utilize CRO tools (e.g., Unbounce, Hotjar, Crazy Egg) for creating landing pages, conducting heatmaps analysis, and gathering user feedback to inform optimization efforts.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, CRO, and user experience design, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a CRO, digital marketing, or similar role, with a proven track record of improving online conversion rates.
Advanced knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Advanced proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO practices.
Good experience in user experience (UX) design, A/B testing.
Proficient in using CRO platforms and tools (Unbounce, Hotjar, Crazy Egg) and familiar with content management systems (CMS).
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with an ability to craft messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including performance marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Exceptional project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
