We are looking for an Office & Operations Support joining our team. Robert Walters is a global leader in the Headhunting and Executive search industry.
What you will be responsible for:
Manage the whole relationships with providers/suppliers supporting the Country Director in all the communications and operational activities;
Front Office activities (dedicated customer telephone answering, handling mail and package, reservations and management of meeting rooms)
Back Office activities, archiving, order management, support for Recruitment teams;
Analyse the website in direct relationship with the Italian Recruitment Divisions and the Marketing Department for Italy and Southern Europe;
Support the billing process of our suppliers in relationship with the Finance Department;
Be responsible for all Facilities, General Services tasks according to HQ Policies and Country Director indications
Organise meetings, travels and events in direct relationship with the Office Management Department of Southern Europe;
What we are looking for:
Be a dynamic, organised, accurate and team-working oriented person.
It is also a requirement the Excellent Knowledge of Italian and English (Fluently speaking and Excellent writing) and one year of experience in Office Support/Management.
