Job Description

As a stores person you will provide day to day support to the Engineering and shift teams within Barrow Mill. The role plays a key part in the availability and delivery of materials to the mill. Strict inventory control is required to help maintain the accuracy of stock by adhering to internal control policies and procedures.

Please be aware that the job operates on a three-shifts pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

Use of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to process the receipt, issue and repair of materials.

Ensure all stock is controlled and accuracy is maintained.

Perform stock checks and audits with the use of SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel

Raise purchase requisitions for stock and non-stock materials in SAP ERP and Coupa

Use of the E-catalogue purchase function to procure materials in Coupa.

Liaise with external vendors and KC partners to ensure materials are expedited.

Collaborationwith the site teams to ensure materials are available for planned maintenance and breakdowns.
