Job summary

You will join our Investment Solutions Department, a business area that aims to centralize all the portfolio management and investment advisory services offered to our clients.

Under the supervision of the Head of Investment Solutions & Portfolio Management, you will work in direct support of our Portfolio Managers to discover the full scope of our business. More in detail, you will have the possibility to:

work on the implementation of indicators and dashboards providing the managers with continuously updated financial data
work on the development of tools to monitor stock market positions
carry out various data analysis activities, market analyses and researches, also participating in the stock selection process
prepare PowerPoint presentation documents, reports, performance files, etc. intended for sales campaigns or for clients meetings and committees
participate in portfolio analysis, in the analysis of asset allocation proposals and in portfolio construction
write commentaries and reports
check executed orders

You will be exposed to a challenging and rapidly changing international environment, which requires multi-tasking skills, relating to multiple key people within the organization, and meeting tight deadlines. This experience will provide you with the opportunity to enhance your knowledge of asset allocation and portfolio construction for clients belonging to the High or Ultra High Net Worth Individuals target, with a focus on both traditional and innovative investment instruments.

Candidate criteria
Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Management Engineering with a specialization in financial markets

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Experience

A previous successful experience in fund administration or asset management will be considered a plus

Required skills

good knowledge of the financial markets and/or the fund industry (Asset allocation/Portfolio management, Financial Products/Securities)
initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team
good interpersonal and communication skills
proactivity, accuracy, desire to learn, sense of responsibility

Technical skills required

You have ideally been trained on Bloomberg during a previous experience
You have an excellent command of IT tools, in particular Power Point, Excel and Visual Basic, which will be essential for the successful completion of this mission
You have excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills
