Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in St Austell, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries

About our Service:

A beautiful complex of 3 properties comprising of a converted 4 bedroom barn where 4 ladies live and 2 single occupancy annexes . There is a communal courtyard which is perfect for social gatherings and warm evening BBQ’s which are a firm favourite with the people we support there. The property is within walking distance of local amenities but situated in a rural location.

24/7 support with a variety of shifts available.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

* Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life

* Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests

* Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication

* Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping

* Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)

* Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

Experience with

in the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
