Meet is a global, Life Sciences focused recruitment company founded in London, with offices in Berlin, New York City, San Francisco, San Diego, and most recently Raleigh. Our client’s range across the top Medical Device, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies in the world. Due to the record breaking success of the contract team in 2023, Meet is seeking to hire an internal recruiter to help continue build out our contract recruitment team.

This person will also help interview for the business’s permanent hire side as we seek to hire entry-level and experienced sales professionals into our organization. Meets core values include:

Job Outline:

As an Internal Recruiter at our agency, you will adopt a candidate and stakeholder centric, service-led approach in developing internal relationships and sourcing quality candidates to support the business in reaching forecasted targets. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all hires you are assigned to within our organization. This position demands a high volume of recruitment activities, emphasizing the significance of adept time and stakeholder management skills.

Your focus will be on meeting the staffing needs of our hiring managers, primarily aspiring sales professionals at the Associate/Recruiter level, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of their requirements. You will have to be flexible as you navigate through changing business needs and incoming orders, also demonstrating a proactive approach when it comes to candidate outreach in addition to receiving inbound applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end to end recruitment process for all assigned openings

• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver on hiring needs by agreed upon deadlines

• Sourcing candidates through various methods – LI, Milkround, Handshake, Symplicity, Stepstone, cold calling

• Conduct structured screens to ensure all candidates are being assessed equally while taking detailed notes on the conversation

• Delivering on hires needed and hitting set targets

— 100+ screens per month o Adverts refreshed three times a week

—Pushing referrals on calls, emails, and internally amongst employees via email and Fuse at least once a month

—Hitting a set initial interview target per month

—Hitting a set further interview target per month

—Hitting a set placement target per month dependent on businesses hiring needs

• Building a personal brand on Linked In and other social media platforms, and marketing business through weekly posts

• Demonstrates a consist commitment to developing and improving processes

• Using your own data to monitor personal performance against KPIs and headcount needs

• Administering on-site interviews and group assessment days to ensure everything runs smoothly and providing a positive candidate experience
