The Role:

• Opportunity to join as a 180 or 360 consultant, focusing on delivery and/or business development.

• Proactively sourcing candidates and clients through headhunting, cold calling, email and Linked In outreach and creating long-lasting relationships.

• Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing

• Win and keep accounts you bring on.

• Opportunity for someone to join and have fast progression into

leadership

if desired.

The Ideal Candidate

:

• You need to be a driven and motivated individual looking to progress in your recruitment career.

• 6 months+ of B2B sales experience with closing or permanent recruitment consultancy is preferable.

• Experience in permanent Tech recruitment would be highly advantageous.

• You must enjoy a

collaborative

and team-focused environment.

• You must be commutable to the office in Didsbury 3-5 days a week minimum.

• Although preferable, experience isn’t necessary. We are looking for motivated individuals which we can train to become recruitment experts. All we need, is you to have the appetite to learn and develop!

What You’ll Get:

• Salary £22,500-£29,000 dependent on experience and an uncapped commission-based OTE with accelerators.
