This is a full-time remote role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our recruiters and hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Actively source and invite potential candidates through various online channels, including social platforms, job boards, and professional networks
Initiate and maintain initial communication with invited candidates
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as X-Ray and Boolean search to identify qualified candidate profiles
Continuously research and identify new roles, finding potential candidates that align with role requirements
Advertise open positions on external networks and various platforms
Post job listings on various Job Boards

Requirements
Strong written communication skills
Proficiency in advanced searching techniques, including crafting Boolean search strings and X-ray searches
Familiarity with talent sourcing from platforms like UpWork, LinkedIn, Workable, and other talent platforms
Experience working with various job boards, resume databases, and candidate profiles
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
Strong researching and analytical skills
