join our team
. The post is working in our Wakefield Inspiring Recovery Integrated Substance Use Service as a Team Leader where you’ll have the chance to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support who are experiencing difficulties from drugs and alcohol use.

As a Team Leader we offer a starting salary of £31,500 rising in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £36,851 per year. (Dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial starting salary).

Role Responsibility
As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide
Leadership
to a team of dedicated staff, enabling individuals to thrive and develop in their abilities to support our service users.
Provide direct line management ensuring the necessary support and training is in place for the team, managing HR related matters in line with policy.
Foster a strong and
supportive environment
where your team and colleagues work collaboratively to achieving key performance indicators for the service.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including commissioners, partner agencies, and service users.
