About the Role
A technical sourcer is responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent for an organization. They work closely with the recruitment team to understand the hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates.
What you will be doing
Collaborate closely with Finom leaders and hiring managers to understand technical positions and other recruiting needs.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Review and manage a backlog of applications for top priority positions.
Support other high priority positions and departments: Product, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
Utilize a variety of sourcing platforms and tools, including Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, HireEZ and other relevant platforms.
Craft engaging reach out messages to potential candidates and highlight the exciting opportunities at Finom.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to evaluate their suitability for roles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
Continuos candidate pipeline development and management to support existing and future hiring plans.
Who you are
Minimum 2 years of technical and G&A sourcing experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
Familiarity with Boolean search operators and x-ray searches.
Proficient in various sourcing tools Linkedin Recruiter, and other sourcing tools and platforms: HireEZ, GitHub, Stack Overflow or other.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence and engage candidates effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Lever (ATS) experience is preferred but not essential.
