Remote (Candidate must be UK based and able to travel to team meets every 6 weeks)

The Role

Take control of customer service queries via live chat, email, and phone and maintain excessive SLA and customer support standards Manage consumer expectations, making sure they’re continually updated on our progress. Dig into purchaser records through writing SQL queries to find configuration or records sync issues. Investigate malicious program reviews and summarise purchaser issues/comments to the engineering and product teams.

Manage and supply any metric and configuration alternate requests from customers. Continuously construct out our help desk with resources to enable clients to self-solve common issues Skills Needed:

Experience in a customer facing role, ideally a technical one Excellent written & spoken English A good understanding of JSON & SQL

Ability to

manage several queries at once Be warm, pleasant and consultative; you constantly discover solutions to problems Level-headed and capable of control client needs on scale

Experience working

in a growing B2B SaaS organisation.
