Experienced telesales person needed for established online tutoring business. We are a well established, but fast growing online Maths and English tuition business, looking for an experienced, motivated telesales operative to
join our team
. The post is office based, employed, with commission for enrolments, and equates to 37.5 hours per week. This is not the typical call centre telesales role – We are not looking for the razzle-dazzle showmen who can wow people with features and benefits.
Our sales process is very consultative, and we would much rather somebody who can think independently, ask questions and guide a pitch, rather than regurgitate a script. We are a small group, and work extremely well as a close knit team. There will be thorough training and support, and you will have ongoing mentoring and development to make sure you achieve and succeed in the role.
You will
be based out of our office in Prudhoe, Northumberland, situated around a five-minute walk from Prudhoe train station. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 6.30pm, but there is a degree of
flexibility
to this. The role involves calling families who have contacted us to find out more about our online Maths and English tutoring service. This includes finding out the customers needs and matching our product to their requirements, and you will be a key part of an
exciting
, fast growing business which is in huge demand at the moment.
Remuneration is £22,308 basic with enrolment commission on top of this. Basic OTE is around £28,500 per year, but with uncapped commission it is expected that remuneration will be higher than this. All potential candidates must have experience with outbound telesales.
