Your responsibilities:
Anchor quality awareness from the team to the organization
Coaching and support of our customers in the test project
Creation of test concepts, strategies and plans
Stakeholder management, for example appropriate preparation andcommunicationof test results, test progress and other metrics
Organization and management of the test team and the test project Risk management – identifying and addressing risks
Development of specialist topics and knowledge transfer within Xebia
You find the balance betweenempathyand assertiveness You have experience in test management
Experience in software test design and testing
Methodical knowledge and practical experience in the classic and agile software development models
Completed studies and certifications in test management and testing (ISTQB CTFL required, ISTQB Advanced Level is an advantage)
Creative, communicative and customer-oriented personality
Knowledge of tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops
Very good knowledge of German and English is a must
Ideally, you already have experience in test automation
