Position: Test & Validation Engineer – Peterborough (Contract)
PE Global is recruiting a validation engineer for our multinational mining and construction client based in Peterborough. The role is hybrid and is an initial 12-month contract.
Responsibilities
of the role:
• Create detailed test planning, execution of testing activities, analysis of results, and documentation with clear recommendations for the relevant process partners.
• Carry out engine validation tests.
• Evaluate products and processes; perform needs analysis and initiate ideas.
• Communicate technical information to a range of stakeholders.
• Support and advise other engineers, managers, marketing personnel, dealers, customers, and suppliers; develop and maintain keen understanding of internal and external customers’ need.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
•
Project Management
experience.
• Fundamental Diesel engine understanding.
• Excellent
communication skills
.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Creo experience.
