This business is constantly evolving, trying to figure out ways to constantly improve the service they offer their customers. With new products in the offing and ongoing enhancements to the existing proposition, they’re now at a stage in their journey where they can bring in a dedicated specialist to manage the UX Research for the team.

What they need

– • A seasoned User Researcher who can help define and implement the UX strategy across the business and products – exposure to

modern

product environments is essential

• Someone to work in tandem with the UX Design squad to ensure the expansion to new products and services is well researched and insights driven

• A detail orientated digital native, who understands how to take

modern

products through various stages of iteration, making recommendations based on your research & findings

• A highly commercial User Experience specialist, who understands the impact of their research on the overall success of the business

• Someone to take the lead on customer research in this highly visible role in the Product team – someone who can be assertive with their recommendations and confident in terms of presenting findings back to the wider business

What you’re great at

– • Devising, executing and reporting User Research strategies for another consumer facing business (B2C experience is essential)

• Engaging with real customers, to gather feedback and really spearhead qualitative research for the business, keeping abreast of their needs, struggles and desires for the product

• Drawing insights from data and research to help guide product & design in terms of enhancements to their customer facing products

• Working autonomously, and comfortable with ambiguity at the early stages of product development

• Amalgamating your deep interest in data, and fascination for customer behaviours with strong business acumen
