Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise warehouse operations, distribution, and facility management.
– Enhance efficiencies through meticulous KPI tracking and management.
– Lead a team of 10 direct reports, fostering a motivatingwork environment.
– Support 3PL management and engage in contract negotiations.
– Implement and review operational policies and procedures.
– Develop and execute reporting procedures.
Qualifications:
-Proven track recordin Warehouse Management.
– Expertise in inventory controls.
– Proficient in computer and reporting skills.
– Strongcommunicationand relationship-building abilities.
– In-depth understanding of warehouse and operations procedures.
– Previous team management experience.
– Possession of a valid driver’s license.
