Role:
A Yacht Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of yacht operations, ensuring smooth satisfactions for both crew and guests. This role involves managing clearance activities ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, logistics, scheduling maintenance and repairs, handling guest services and coordinating with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and crew members
Understand client’s needs and coordinate a smooth yacht’s operations process
Plan and sell the best possible bespoken events and services according to client’s needs
Use promotional techniques and materials
Oversee the logistical aspects of Yacht Operations, including provisioning and crew services
Collaborate with local service providers to secure necessary resources for Yacht Operations
Requirements:
2+ years of experiences
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong time flexibility
Contract:seasonal
