What You Will Do:
Be responsible for pre-production work: Analyzing competitors, generating content ideas, scriptwriting process, discussing and deciding the visual storytelling details with the team who will support you (art, videographer, editing, etc.);
Be responsible for production work: Creating video content, working with team members to execute your creative vision;
Be responsible for post-production work: Working with a video editor to make sure the creative vision is executed the way you envisioned it, being proud of the final product, and watching the channel grow.
What We Expect:
Previous experience as a YouTuber, Vlogger, and Video Content Creator in a similar role in the media industry is highly desirable;
Knowledge of YouTube content and formats;
Strong understanding of production and post-production processes, formats, and techniques;
Passionate about YouTube content creation, like leading YouTubers do it;
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills;
Demonstrated commitment and enthusiasm for creating engaging video content.

Salary:
2100-2400 EUR/gross fix + bonus up to 800 EUR/gross
