The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our company. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role will be foundamental in shaping our growth strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT business development, along with a strategic and innovative mindset to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales function by identifying new business opportunities, such as new markets, clients, partnerships, or products and services

Develop strategies to effectively reach new business opportunities

Building relationships with prospects, assess their needs, and create proposals to address those needs

Attending conferences and events to build relationships with prospects and industry partners and staying up to date with new trends

Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, market positioning, and monitor evolving market challenges

Collaborating with design and sales professionals to ensure that the requirements and targets are met

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field

Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Excellent customer service and time management abilities

Strategic and creative thinking

Solid understanding of business and marketing principles

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English

Tech-Savvy
