Purpose
The Commercial Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering best in class tender/proposal submissions, including collating and leading both technical and commercial input from the Product Line, information from country stakeholders as well as the management of all clarification responses and contract management activities for assigned work package during the tender stage. They are fully responsible for all functional tender reviews (Legal, commercial, tax, credit, etc.)
on SFDC and all required approval routings (Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, SFDC GOA etc). The role will work with the proposal touch points in the areas assigned to manage the entire timeline for the creation of each assigned proposal and will collaborate with country representatives to create bespoke local content plans, taking into account any local tendering requirements. At the Contract stage, the Commercial Operations Specialist will also be responsible to commercially and administratively manage the contracts from Handover through to Execution and until Close out.
