I am working with a company who is looking to expand their business into Berlin , this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something really amazing and will provide lots of growth possibilities moving forward.
With this in mind, they are looking for a passionate and hardworking General Manager to join them.
Are you the one?
The general manager needs to lead a fantastic team and to take responsibility for all aspects of managing their site.
Someone who loves what they do and is looking to develop their skills within a growing brand, in a high-volume site.
The ideal candidate will be bringing the following :
Excellent guest service
Developing their team through coaching & training
Ability to run a large, multi-faceted business
Ability to run multiple revenue streams.
3+ years of General Management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or F&B sector
Be an innovative leader?
Inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding guests experiences?
A great communicator
Have you got a positive, can-do and problem-solving attitude?
Do you have the ability to create a sense of fun?
SPEAK GERMAN AND ENGLSIH IS A MUST
