As we continue to expand our operations globally, we are seeking an experienced Interim HR Director tojoin ourdynamicteamfor a 6-month contract. This is anexcitingopportunity to contribute to our growth and make a significant impact on our HR strategies and practices.

Role Overview:

As the Interim HR Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our HR function. Your primary responsibility will be to providestrategic leadershipand guidance to our HR team, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and practices that align with our business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and the ability to thrive in afast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives.

2. Provideleadershipand guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services.

3. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention oftop talent.

4. Develop and implement performance management systems to driveemployee engagementand productivity.

5. Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinary actions, grievances, andconflict resolution.

6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, both locally and internationally.

7. Collaborate withsenior managementto identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.

8. Drivediversityandinclusioninitiatives to foster a positive andinclusivework environment.

9. Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and makedata-driven decisions.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

2. Proven experience as an HR Director or similarleadershiprole in afast-pacedmanufacturing environment.

3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

4. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

5. Excellentleadershipandcommunication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

6. International experience preferred, with a solid understanding of global HR practices.

7. Ability to thrive in afast-paced,dynamic environmentand manage multiple priorities.

8. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
