Duties and Responsibilities will include:
· Source, build and develop strong candidate relationships
· Building and nurturing a strong talent community through networking and conversations
· Understanding core client requirements and opportunities to the right candidates and peak interest from the best in the market.
· Building strong market knowledge of our vertical markets and sharing critical market information with the broader team
· Conducting face to face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit. Working towards becoming a strong objective, in-depth interviewer
· Attending Client briefings for vacancies and assess client requirements alongside your manager.
· Manage candidates from end to end – research/recruit/source/deliver
· Provide advice guidance and coaching to candidates on interviewing and skills testing
· Build on existing Davies Resourcing candidate relationships and develop your own portfolio of Candidates.
· Qualify job specifications/salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job descriptions
