We are looking for a

dynamic

results-driven

HR Administrator to join our UK team.  Key responsibilities and duties, not limited to:

• You will advise

senior management

on policies and procedures, organisation compliance for HR internal services and, regulations and laws, informing them of changes, and ensuring all HR administration is formally implemented and kept up to date.

• Provide advice on the company’s HR programmes and recommendations for solutions and changes in line with legal HR requirements.

• Conducting a weekly monthly review of employee files to ensure HR administration is structured and up to date.

• Manage all HR administration.

• Regular review of employment onboarding documents and contracts.

• Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow

• Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance. The successful candidate will have the extensive experience and the skill set required to provide a streamlined and effective process.

You will

possess an in-depth understanding of human

resource management

, with experience in consulting, a natural strategic thinker and problem-solver, with excellent

communication skills

. Key requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR administrator of employee documentation.

• Meticulous

attention to detail

and excellent record-keeping.

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and functions.

• Excellent

communication

and consulting skills.

• HR and administration qualifications or other relevant qualifications.

• Proven and demonstrable experience in a relevant field.
