We are expanding our team within First Achieve’s Engineering Division and are looking to speak with experienced recruitment consultants, or someone looking to break into the recruitment industry.

You’ll notice I’ve not included a salary on offer for this role, and simply put that’s because I’d rather discuss what you’re looking for, what you bring to the table & if it works in line with our business – not because we’re trying to hide something from you.
We have 2 offices – this role would be working out of our Glasgow Office, in Thornliebank.
Our Glasgow Office specialises in all aspects of Engineering Recruitment – fromSenior Management, Supply Chain through toHands-OnShop Floor roles & everything in between.
We operate 4 Days in the office – Monday to Thursday & Wework from homeon a Friday, if you want… Our office is always accessible.
If you already work in recruitment, let’s be honest… You know what the role requires. However, what I can say is we don’t operate on KPI’s, We’re all pretty laid back & We love a bit of healthy competition.
We have a fantasticCommission structure, which is based on your monthly billings, rising right the way up to 32.5% – so the more you bill, the more you earn. Obviously.
We have a clear cut progression path, from Resource Consultant (Trainee), through to Principal Consultant – how quick you get there, or how high you want to go is completely up to you.
