Our 4 digital Clinics ( Juniper , Pilot, Kin & Software ) focus heavily on personalizing the experience for different demographics and are powered by a growing team across 5 countries (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines).

Your Responsibilities
Work closely with the Head of Growth, Growth Marketers and designers and copywriters in Germany, as well as with our Headquarter Marketing and Creative team in Australia
Strategize: Support in creating a coherent growth strategy for our German market
Get creative: Build and create static ads
Get more creative: Use Figma to turn a brief into a landing page or ad design
Analyze: Conduct user research and analyze user behavior
Analyze more: Support in reviewing performance by using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazyegg
Contribute to brand design systems for our telehealth brands ensuring it is on-brand
Support on other relevant strategic projects that may or may not come up
About You
1-3 years of experience in Online Marketing / Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a comparable degree
Previous experience in a start-up / scale-up environment (digital health and/or e-commerce is a plus)
You are interested in being heavily involved in the implementation of online marketing activities in a new market
Proactive to take on new challenges and learn new skills
German-native speaker is a must
Good communication and English skills, both written and verbal
You’re familiar with common digital marketing tools (Figma, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager are a plus)
