A wood manufacturing company who supply products across the UK and beyond, are looking for an operative to join their team on the late shift. They are looking for someone that has a keen eye for detail and will take pride in their work, although machine specific training will be provided.
Salary will be flexible depending on experience level circa £28,000 and hours are 16:00-00:00 Monday to Friday.
Duties include:
Operating CNC machines/routers
Working from technical drawings
Working within a wood based environment
Resolving any technical issues
Performing basic machine maintenance as required
Key skills needed:
Experience working
in manufacturing or machining
Experience working
within a woodwork environment
Ensuring high quality is maintained
Be proactive and able to multitask
Keen to learn and progress
Due to the location of the company, your own transport is needed. This is a permanent role, subject to a 3 month probation period.
