Due to a strong pipeline of work in the area I am looking for several Project Managers across the Oxford area for a leading Tier1 Main Contractor.
The projects range from circa £30-150m working on a number of sites ranging from Universities/schools, student accommodation and specific technology/science centres.
Experience working
for a current Tier 1 is preferential as well as any experience in a live site environment however they are not absolute requirements.
As Project Manager you will manage a team of site managers predominantly focusing on the internal fit-out of a commercial scheme.
The salary/package is comparable to London wages so these would ideally suit candidates based in the above areas who are looking for a shorter commute.
In addition to this, a lot of my clients projects are situated nearby, offering longevity with the business, as well as locality.
As a company, they are heavy on promoting from within, and are happy to look at individuals that have an internal or external bias.
My client are looking for a driven individual, who are looking for a step up in terms of position, furthering their

, and are willing to pay a negotiable day rate
