In 2024, Ella Resorts will be operating a portfolio of 7 lifestyle & family resorts on the islands of Rhodes, Corfu & Crete, offering exceptional quality and service excellence. In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire:
Spa ReceptionistScope:
Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the spa and coordination of all its functions
Performing operating procedures according to the spa operation manual
Reception and customer service based on the company’s communication protocols
Organization of appointments with the aim of smoother and more efficient operation
Thorough knowledge of all spa services and products, and their promotion within the hotel facilities
Solving any problems and follow-up
Use of the Spa software for issuing documents, cash management, organizing appointments, promotional activities, etc
Direct communication, coordination and support of the team of therapists and gymnasts
Ensuring a high level of hygiene and safety in all areas of the spa
Very good knowledge of all the services provided by the hotel with the aim of the holistic stay experience of the customers
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in 5* hotels
Excellent knowledge of English
Methodology, attention to detail and customer service orientation
Neat appearance, cleanliness
Courtesy, pleasant and friendly personality
Ease of using a PC
The following will be considered a plus
Degree related to the subject of spa or Tourism
Knowledge of a second foreign language
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of spa software, Excel, Outlook
