The Position
Located in a beautiful countryside setting with over 200 bedrooms including over 30 suites, the hotel offers Guests the finest in Hospitality service to include fabulous dining experiences, elegant event spaces and extensive spa andfitness facilities.
We are looking for a Front of House Manager who is passionate about turning moments into memories for the Hotels guests.
As a Front of House Manager you will have a key role in leading the Front Office team in providing a personalised and memorable service to guests.
As part of an exceptional team you will have overall responsibility for all Front of House departments, including Guest Relations and Reservations overseeing management of the team to deliver maximumguest satisfaction.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Front of House Manager in a Luxury hotel is essential
Ahands-onprofessional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
Dedicated to our brand standards, with a real passion for hospitality
Excellent detailed knowledge of front office operations
A passion for high quality guest service with keenattention to detailand ability to multi task
Excellent written and verbalcommunication, interpersonal andleadershipskills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required and excellent knowledge of Opera
