We’re seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to
join our team
. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and delivering contract and permanent staff to existing clients while also building new client relationships. You’ll thrive in our

Key Responsibilities:
– Build strong relationships with schools and educators.
– Proactively match candidates to suitable roles (Sourcing and Headhunting)
– Conduct face-to-face client visits and sales conversations.
– Address challenges in
education
with
innovative solutions

– Meet and exceed targets consistently.
– Drive business development initiatives
– Handle recruitment administration tasks and reference checks
– Strong
project management
skills, including logical thinking, planning, execution, and follow-up.
