Role Description

This is a Part-time on-site Information Technology Support Specialist role located in Modella, Italy. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for desktop computers and information technology systems.

Qualifications

Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems
Ability to provide help desk support in a timely and efficient manner
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, or CCNA are a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is also preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Up to €150.00 per day
